Brown Bag Talk: Article 40 of the Digital Service Act – Researcher Access to Platform Data

Abstract: In this meeting, we give quick input on the implementation of Article 40 of the Digital Service Act. This article describes procedures for how researchers can access platform data by filing specific data access requests. We talk about procedures of data access feasible for scholars at the institute and discuss the DSA readiness of research institutions.
